* *Instructions for the Juman Quran Memorization Program – Al-Hutho Educational Academy*

* The participant should be supported by her mother to assist her in fulfilling the program’s requirements, such as registration, attendance, and completing most of the program’s tasks.
* The participant must be present in the program’s study room on Telegram.
* She must follow the study plan approved by the academy’s administration.
* Daily homework must be submitted before the designated deadline. (Via links relevant to the participants in the electronic program provided in the group description).
* Daily memorization commitments for those beyond the first year must be submitted before the designated deadline. (Via links relevant to the participants in the electronic program provided in the group description).
* Absence excuses must be submitted promptly in the administrative link before receiving a warning. (Via links relevant to the participants in the electronic program provided in the group description).
* Commitment to seriousness in learning and attendance through the virtual classroom. Note that certificates will be revoked for those who fail or are recommended for exclusion by the follow-up committee due to lack of seriousness or failure to master correct pronunciation.
* Adherence to general etiquette and the etiquette of seeking knowledge. Those who violate this will be excluded.

The Holy Quran.

◾ *Study Method in the Juman Memorization Program:*
The program relies on remote electronic learning with teachers or coordinators through virtual audio rooms for e-learning. The student will join these rooms via an electronic link available in the group description under (Links Relevant to Program Participants).

*Incentives of the Juman Memorization Program:*
1. Weekly recognition for disciplined participants in the (Knights of the Week) program.
2. Monthly recognition for consistent participants in the (Raffles and Tickets) program.
3. Annual recognition for meeting program requirements (with an attendance certificate).
4. Eligibility to join the One-Day Program Test upon mastering one Juz (part) and receiving its certificate.

*Rules and Regulations of the Juman Quran Memorization Program:*

⭕️ The student must adhere to the etiquette of a knowledge seeker.
⭕️ Patience while waiting and seeking reward.
⭕️ Avoid arguments or disputes among participants.
⭕️ Avoid disrupting peers when updating program rules.
⭕️ Avoid disturbing the teaching or administrative staff privately.
⭕️ Avoid disrespecting teachers, administrators, or peers.
⭕️ Avoid posting intentional clips or images through communication channels.
⭕️ Avoid requesting financial amounts from teachers or participants privately.

*Consequences for Violations:*
The student will be permanently removed from the program, and her name will be reported to the institution.
