Instructions and Regulations of the Al-Hutho Academy for the Ashbal Quran Memorization Program**<\/strong><\/p>\n

* *Instructions for the Ashbal Quran Memorization Program \u2013 Al-Hatho Educational Academy*<\/strong><\/p>\n

* The participant should be supported by his mother to assist him in fulfilling the program’s requirements, such as registration, attendance, and completing most of the program’s tasks.<\/strong>
\n* The participant must be present in the program’s study room on Telegram.<\/strong>
\n* He must follow the study plan approved by the academy’s administration.<\/strong>
\n* Daily homework must be submitted before the designated deadline. (Via links relevant to the participants in the electronic program provided in the group description).<\/strong>
\n* Daily memorization commitments for those beyond the first year must be submitted before the designated deadline. (Via links relevant to the participants in the electronic program provided in the group description).<\/strong>
\n* Absence excuses must be submitted promptly in the administrative link before receiving a warning. (Via links relevant to the participants in the electronic program provided in the group description).<\/strong>
\n* Commitment to seriousness in learning and attendance through the virtual classroom. Note that certificates will be revoked for those who fail or are recommended for exclusion by the follow-up committee due to lack of seriousness or failure to master correct pronunciation.<\/strong>
\n* Adherence to general etiquette and the etiquette of seeking knowledge. Those who violate this will be excluded.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\nThe program relies on remote electronic learning with teachers or coordinators through virtual audio rooms for e-learning. The student will join these rooms via an electronic link available in the group description under (Links Relevant to Program Participants).<\/strong><\/p>\n

*Incentives of the Ashbal Memorization Program:* <\/strong>
\n1. Weekly recognition for disciplined participants in the (Knights of the Week) program. <\/strong>
\n2. Monthly recognition for consistent participants in the (Raffles and Tickets) program. <\/strong>
\n3. Annual recognition for meeting program requirements (with an attendance certificate). <\/strong>
\n4. Eligibility to join the One-Day Program Test upon mastering one Juz (part) and receiving its certificate.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n\u2b55\ufe0f Avoid disrupting peers when updating program rules. <\/strong>
\n\u2b55\ufe0f Avoid disturbing the teaching or administrative staff privately. <\/strong>
\n\u2b55\ufe0f Avoid disrespecting teachers, administrators, or peers. <\/strong>
\n\u2b55\ufe0f Avoid posting intentional clips or images through communication channels. <\/strong>
\n\u2b55\ufe0f Avoid requesting financial amounts privately.<\/strong><\/p>\n
